BIM & REALITY CAPTURE SERVICES
GetReal Services was founded in 2016 on the strength of 20+ years of experience in the store planning, Building Information Modelling, and reality capture (laser scanning and virtual tours), pioneering the last two in the Canadian retail space since 2008 and 2013 respectively.
GetReal ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Matt Stretton and Nick Aleksich partnered up with Viorel Iosif to bring their experience in the retail industry, in addition to working with an array of clients across the commercial sector of development and design.
INDUSTRY LEADING SUPPORT FOR ALL RETAIL OR COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
We have intimate knowledge of CAD and BIM systems for retail, as well as know-how to transition CAD to BIM. The reality capture technologies we use are efficient and a savings generator for our clients. Our project leads have hands on experience in retail design and planning, architectural services, detailing, as-built documentation, 3D REVIT content modelling, 3D REVIT design system development and functionality, web sharing platforms such as Autodesk BIM360, asset/facility management for retail and store analytics.
